Some American black female celebrities, such as Rihanna, Beyonce, all like carrying “strange” bags designed by geek designer. I have noticed that Rihanna is kinda fond of Alexander Wang’s designs, while Beyonce prefers the Bracher Emden’s originalities. Maybe some of you are not so familiar with this brand, but in the fashion world, this brand resembles terrific uniqueness.

Bracher Emden are a London partnership between David Bracher (a jewellery designer) and Richard Emden (a window designer) who create unique designer handbags and accessories. They bursted onto the women’s fashion scene in 2002 and their style is electric and unique.Their ‘high brow leather and denim bag’ designs have become synonymous with boho chic style and celebrity endorsements alike. Fashionable bags created by BE display almost too many buckles, crystal studs and a variety of colours, but allow for the lucky owner to feel truly individual and stand out from the crowd. Curvy and defined bags ooze novelty and exclusivity, with a look that screams commitment and class.

And this Bracher Emden Breast Bag is certainly an eye opener. It’s looks like a playstation controller to me at first glance, but it turned to be “Breast Bag”!!! Well, it seems like breast from a distance, yep, and it’s indeed a little bit weird. That has got to be the fugliest idea I have ever seen, however, I have to admit I like it even love it. Have seen so many top handbags, I found some of them are similar in shape more or less. For me, I would rather purchase various bags in different styles or shapes than keep buying analogous bags over and over again. Moreover, regardless of the name, does anybody really think this bag is that bad?

Now please judging it from your true feeling, with the dimension of 30.5×15x11.5, is this 12-inch bag highly functional? Made from the finest leathers and Swarovski crystals on top, isn’t it gorgeous? Although it costs $1400.00, any detail of this bag is worthy of that much. Whether the smooth leather with cross-stitched seams, or suede lining with interior pocket even the applied mixtures of American vegetable dyed hides and ostrich leg, which all indicate the exquisite craftsmanship. This bag reminds me of “The Emperor’s New Clothes”, from which I learnt we were all willing to go along with a little nonsense with the freakishly complicated bags of Fall 2009, but this one has pushed us contemplative fashion nuts over the edge.

At last, thanks Beyonce Knowles parading around wearing their creations, so that more and more people could get to know BE’s unique charm. However, if without Bracher Emden’s own immaculate and charming designs, we might miss such an opportunity to be stand out.
